The ACP Women Wellbeing Hub is dedicated space for women. Funded by Reaching
Communities the project supports women through a well-balanced and all-inclusive wellbeing package tailored to improve their physical fitness, mental and emotional wellbeing.
This is our ethos and approach at Ashiana, helping women in the Asian community to get fitand get better connected, to themselves and to others. We provide a range of activities and services that appeal to a range of ages, fitness levels and interest.
We also provide tailored programmes for over 50s, to help them maintain better health. This includes improving access to facilities and green open spaces.
We aim to tailor our services to the specific needs of the individuals and the community which we serve.

Mid-life Cycling is an opportunity for you to get back on the bike and re-capture the joy of cycling .

Cycling
The Women Wellness Retreats are designed for women (18+) who have not been on holiday due to restricted lifestyles, low income, and lack the confidence to travel alone.
We offer a programme of activities giving women ‘me time’ away from daily distractions and allow them to focus on positive ways to improve their overall wellbeing.
Activities include nature trips, yoga retreats, cycle exertions and many more. Get-Together and Brunch Network At Ashiana, we create a welcoming and relaxing space for women to meet up and chat over a tea or coffee.
We host a women’s wellbeing brunch, at which news and information is shared, and a carer’s coffee morning. These take place every month, see below what people think about our activities
