We never stand still.....
The Ashiana Community Project never stands still. We want to deliver high quality projects and services that really make a difference to the individuals and communities that we serve.
We regularly consult with local residents, clients, staff and stakeholders to help shape our work and to capture the impact that we make.
This culture of continuous improvement can be seen in the way that service change and evolve as they grow.
Our women support programmes demonstrate that the creation and maintenance of good quality social relationships and supportive social networks, are central actions in preventing social isolation.
An example of our successful projects:
Ashiana’s `Women In Transition’ programme, funded by the Big Lottery’s `Reaching Communities’ Fund was designed to help change the lives of local women through the engagement of activities. We mentored women to raise their confidence, to build self-belief and worked with them to overcome personal barriers. The goal was to lead women into positive progression, growth and personal achievement in all aspects of their life.
Billiant!! They changed my life. I can't ever thank them enough. I have so so much gratitude. No judgement... Ever they just listened and helped. They have no idea how much they've made my life better. I'm eternally grateful.

My wife attends this place for various community projects. They offer a number of courses for women & men. ie. Mentoring, youth services, training, health & well being etc . They offer advice and help to those who need help & advice that don't speak English. Staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. There are also other services available there.

They are lovely here. All aspects of services here. They deal with domestic violence, benefit queries and employment and training services. Staff are really respectful, especially the well being team. ☺️☺️

I have known many of the staff for a number of years and they are polite, kind and helpfull people. They tend to go out of their way to help people which is a trate any human being would appreciate.
