Mind Resilience and Meditation during COVID - 19

COVID 19 has been a unsettling time for all of us and for many coping during this time can be challenging, with raising levels of anxiety; added pressures of lockdown and uncertainty of the future can leave many people vulnerable and isolated. The Mind Resilience videos, Kam offers tips and positive actions that anyone can take on board to a more positive outlook and become more resilient during this period.

These sessions are held every Tuesday at 12pm on the Birmingham Updates face-book page, followed by a relaxing meditation to improve your wellbeing and outlook.
